About Me

Hi, I'm Erin Furgason, the creative mind behind Bold and Brash Designs. My journey began as a chemical engineer, but my passion for creativity led me to become a surface pattern designer and artist. I've always loved experimenting with style, color, and design, constantly pushing my own boundaries to create something truly unique.

My work is a harmonious blend of warmth, refinement, and bohemian charm. It is often infused with a biophilic touch that brings nature into the heart of many of the designs. I enjoy designing repeat patterns for wallpaper, murals, home decor, and other products, all with the goal of transforming spaces and sparking joy. In addition to patterns, I design refined linocut-inspired prints, capturing various motifs including mountains, plants, and florals. Lastly, I also enjoy creating commissioned pet portraits, where I have the opportunity to capture the unique essence of beloved pets.
